About Spencer Roofing
Your Trusted Roofing Project Manager
Spencer Roofing is the name of this website, run by Matt Spencer, a roofing project manager. Matt works as an independent contractor affiliated with Interstate Roofing, whose crews and resources handle the builds. The focus is on helping homeowners through roofing projects, particularly hail and wind damage repairs.
Matt handles project management and sales: inspecting roofs, documenting storm damage, preparing repair scope and pricing, and coordinating the work. On insurance jobs he can meet your adjuster on site as your contractor. You and your insurance company settle the claim.
My Professional Background
My roofing background began working directly with installation crews, giving me hands-on knowledge of roofing systems and proper installation techniques.
I focus on hail and wind damage: inspecting the roof, documenting what I find, and giving homeowners a clear repair scope and price. On insurance jobs I can meet the adjuster on site as your contractor. I do not negotiate or settle claims; you and your insurer do that.
As an independent roofing project manager, I work with established roofing companies so the build is done by experienced crews while I stay your point of contact for the project.
Our Approach
Clear Communication
I believe in keeping you informed at every stage of your project with straightforward, jargon-free explanations of your options and the work being performed.
Meticulous Oversight
I personally oversee every project to ensure that work is completed to the highest standards, with attention to detail that protects your property and investment.
One Point of Contact
As your project manager, I am your point of contact from inspection to final walkthrough. On insurance jobs I can meet your adjuster on site as your contractor and provide repair scope and pricing; you and your insurer settle the claim.
